Matthew Projects, Inc. is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) charity.  Matthew Projects administers the Uncle Grumps Education Initiative and the Uncle Grumps Education Initiative is a legal part of Matthew Projects, Inc.

Although the Uncle Grumps Education Initiative will be the primary focus of Matthew Projects for the foreseeable future, there are plans to add other projects in 2007.

Matthew Projects, Inc. has a sister-site -- Uncle Grumps – that provides book and music reviews, essays, and guest columns.  Uncle Grumps is a for-profit LLC that supports the Uncle Grumps Education Initiative in a variety of ways.  Visit Uncle Grumps to learn more.

Finally, a word about donations.  Matthew Projects is a nonprofit organization created in June, 2005.  Although additional paperwork still needs to be processed, we expect that 100 percent of all donations made directly to Matthew Projects in 2006 and 2007 will be tax deductible.
